Hi, I'm Raychelle

Capacity Coach.

LMHC.
Helping high-achieving women choose themselves first by showing up for others based on their capacity.

She was me.

If you're reading this, you already know what it feels like to be the one everyone relies on. The one who stays late, shows up early, and carries the weight so others don't have to.

You learned early that love, safety, and belonging came through being dependable, being helpful, being the strong one. And for a while, it worked. Until the cost became you.

The voice saying "work twice as hard"? Inherited.

The guilt around slowing down? Handed down.

The belief that needing help equaled inadequacy? A family recipe I never asked to learn.

I know this pattern intimately because I lived it. I was the one that sacrificed myself to meet everyone eles's needs.

What shifted for me was recognizing that this season of life no longer required me to prove myself to others. That choosing myself first didn't mean everything would fall apart.

And from there, She Embodies Freedom™ was born.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified EMDR Therapist, and IFS-trained clinician. I bring all of my clinical background to this work because it's needed.

The Freedom I Found
Free from the emotional weight placed on me by others. Free to choose myself first without the guilt. Free from who I "should" be and what I "should" be doing. Free to live boldly and out loud. Free to give to myself more than I give to others. Free to allow my light to shine. Free to honor who I am today without dishonoring who I was.
The Method Behind the Work

At the center of She Embodies Freedom™ is the BRICK RELEASE™ Method — a proprietary, clinically-informed framework that traces the over-responsibility pattern back to where it was installed, honors what it built, and rebuilds decisions to finally include you.

The Women I Work With

They have already proven themselves.

They have built careers, businesses, raised families, and held communities together. They are the first call when something goes wrong and the most stable, reliable people you will ever know. They show up fully even when they are already running empty and they do it so naturally that most people never think to ask if they are okay.

They are not looking to become someone different. They are looking for the space and freedom to be who they already are without the over-responsibility pattern deciding what their life looks like. They are ready to keep showing up for the people they love, just from a different place. A place that finally includes them.

That is who this work is for. And if you recognize yourself in that description, you are already in the right place.

What We Stand For

Stillness as Strength — Pausing creates more clarity and presence than pushing through exhaustion ever could.

Embodiment over Endurance — We listen to our body's wisdom instead of ignoring its signals. We choose alignment over sacrifice.

Liberation Through Repetition — Freedom isn't a single breakthrough. It's the daily decision to choose ourselves in a thousand small ways.

Truth over Performance — We value authenticity over appearances, naming what's real even when the world praises what looks polished.

Generational Healing over Inherited Hurt — We release the bricks we never asked to carry so future generations don't inherit exhaustion disguised as love.

Inner Compass over External Validation — We honor our own knowing and voice over the opinions of others.

Why This Work Exists

She Embodies Freedom™ exists because over-responsibility is not a personality trait — it is a conditioned pattern. And the women who carry it most are the ones least likely to stop and ask for help. This work is for them.
