Hi, I'm Raychelle

Licensed Therapist, Embodied Freedom Coach™ and the woman who had to release her own bricks first.

I See You...

You made it. You built the career, the life, the responsibilities everyone respects. You're the one people call when they need something done right.

And you're really good at what you do. People trust you. They count on you. You've proven yourself over and over.

But here's what I also see—and what I recognize from my own journey:

There's a part of you that's tired. Not the kind of tired a weekend fixes, but the kind that's been building for years.

Now you're ready for the next evolution:

Leading from presence, not pressure — Making decisions from your center, not your conditioning

Authentic authority — Commanding respect without compromising who you are

Sustainable success — Building without burning out, achieving without abandoning yourself

Embodied boundaries — Saying no with ease and yes with intention

59% of Black women report feeling they must work harder than others to be respected at work, and 42% say they feel emotionally exhausted most of the time.   —American Psychological Association

How I Got Here

As a high-achieving Black woman, I was taught to be the best, show no weakness, and keep pushing no matter the cost. For a while it worked—until the cost was me.

My perfectionist part.

My over-functioning part.

My people-pleasing part.

All helped me to succeed—but eventually left me feeling disconnected from my body, my truth, and myself.

  • The turning point came when I realized: what I was carrying wasn't even mine.

  • The voice saying "work twice as hard"? Inherited.

  • The guilt around resting or taking a break? Handed down.

  • The belief that asking for help equals weakness? A family recipe I never asked to learn. (I don't even like cooking!)

That realization changed everything. And from it, She Embodies Freedom™ was born—a movement to help women set down the bricks of inherited survival and rebuild with peace and presence.

Clinical Expertise That Creates Real Change

  • Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Embodied Freedom coach with over a decade of experience helping high achieving women release the expectations place on them by themselves, family and society to unlock their full potential.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) - informed techniques shift core beliefs like "I'm responsible for everyone” to “ I am learning to accept appropriate responsibility.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed techniques work with our different parts—perfectionist, people-pleaser, overachiever—with compassion, not judgment.

  • Personal experience allows me to hold space for the unique intersection of excellence, identity, and inherited expectations you carry.

The Method Behind the Freedom

At the heart of She Embodies Freedom™ is the BRICK RELEASE™ Method—a systematic framework that breaks down the overwhelm of generational healing into manageable steps, adapted from years of clinical practice and personal experience.

I'm excited to cut people off who need to be cut off. I know it's because for so long I was a people pleaser, and I'm just done with that now. Raychelle helped me see that saying no to them means saying yes to myself—and that's not selfish, it's necessary."

This Work Is for the Cycle-Breaker

She Embodies Freedom™ is for woman who:

✅ Excel in leadership and caregiving roles but feels she's disappearing inside her own success.

✅ Is the nonprofit leader everyone calls but no one checks on.

✅ Is the first in her family to "make it"—but is still dragging everyone with her.

✅ Gives effortlessly to others but rarely receives the same in return.

✅ Is managing aging parents while juggling her own career and family.

✅ Needs the cycle of burnout to end with her.

"Giving myself permission to be present and in the moment took time to understand, but I get it now. Slowing down has actually increased my productivity at work. Who knew that rest could be a competitive advantage? Raychelle's approach completely shifted how I think about efficiency."

Why I created She Embodies Freedom™

—Because too many brilliant women are praised for their strength while being punished for their humanity.

—Because survival has been passed down as a legacy when it was meant to be temporary.

—Because being the responsible one was required, not a choice.

—Because rest has been called lazy when in reality it is a requirement for sustainability.

—Because being perfect is an illusion.

—Because it’s actually healthier to ask for help and seek support.

—Because I was once the “she” that needed freeing.

What We Stand For

Stillness as Strength — Pausing creates more clarity and presence than pushing through exhaustion ever could.

Embodiment over Endurance — We listen to our body's wisdom instead of ignoring its signals. We choose alignment over sacrifice.

Liberation Through Repetition — Freedom isn't a single breakthrough. It's the daily decision to choose ourselves in a thousand small ways.

Truth over Performance — We value authenticity over appearances, naming what's real even when the world praises what looks polished.

Generational Healing over Inherited Hurt — We release the bricks we never asked to carry so future generations don't inherit exhaustion disguised as love.

Inner Compass over External Validation — We honor our own knowing and voice over the opinions of others.
