She Embodies Freedom LLC

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.sheembodiesfreedom.com (the “Website”) and/or purchasing or participating in our coaching programs, courses, memberships, digital products, or community (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Services.

2) Eligibility (21+)

The Services are intended for individuals 21 years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent you are 21+ and have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.

3) Coaching—Not Therapy or Medical Care

While our founder is a licensed therapist, Services offered through She Embodies Freedom LLC are coaching and educational in nature and are not therapy, counseling, medical or mental health treatment, and do not create a therapist-client or patient relationship. If you need clinical care, contact a licensed provider in your state/country or use emergency services (U.S.: 988).

4) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

5) Access; Account Security

You may need to create an account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend/terminate access for violations.

6) Scope of Services

Services may include: live or recorded coaching (group or 1:1), digital curricula and workbooks, events, an online community platform (platform may change), and other resources. Access lengths and inclusions are specified on each offer page.

7) Fees, Payment, Auto-Renewals & Refunds

Fees are due as listed at checkout. Payment plans, if offered, are a convenience—not a loan.

All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers unless we state otherwise in writing for a particular offer.

If you enroll in a subscription, it auto-renews at the stated interval until canceled. Cancel at least 48 hours before renewal to avoid next charge.

Failed payments/chargebacks: You authorize us to retry failed payments; access may pause until resolved. You agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback.

8) Intellectual Property; License; AI Use Ban

All content (including the BRICK RELEASE™ Method, texts, videos, audio, frameworks, slides, workbooks, downloads, community materials, branding) is owned by She Embodies Freedom LLC or its licensors and protected by IP laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.

You may not copy, share, resell, remix, or create derivative works; you may not use our content to train AI systems or build competing programs.

You may not record, scrape, or redistribute calls, replays, or community content.

9) User Content; Community Standards

If you post or upload content (“User Content”), you:

Grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, edit for length/clarity, and use anonymized excerpts for educational/marketing purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Represent you own/hold rights to your content and it does not violate third-party rights or laws.

Community rules (applies to any platform we use):

Respect confidentiality; do not share other members’ stories or materials outside the space.

No hate speech, harassment, doxxing, discrimination, or illegal conduct.

No medical/legal advice, no solicitation or spam.

We may moderate/remove content and/or revoke access (without refund) for violations.

10) Templates, Forms, and Free Resources

Any templates, forms, downloads, and “freebie” resources are for your personal use only, not for resale, redistribution, or to build competing products.

11) Guest Experts & External Links

We sometimes feature guest speakers or link to third-party resources. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for accuracy, availability, or outcomes.

12) Testimonials and Results

Client stories and testimonials reflect individual experiences. No guarantees are made regarding results; outcomes vary based on many factors.

13) SMS/Email Communications

If you opt into SMS and/or email, you consent to receive messages about updates, reminders, and offers. Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS; use the unsubscribe link for email. We include our business contact information in email footers.

14) Privacy; Data Practices

We process personal information per our Privacy Policy. She Embodies Freedom LLC is not a HIPAA covered entity for purposes of coaching; information shared here is not PHI.

15) Educational Use; No Professional Advice

Content is for educational and informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or mental health advice. Consult qualified professionals for personal advice.

16) Disclaimers; No Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

17) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE AT ISSUE IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

18) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless She Embodies Freedom LLC, its owners, officers, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

19) Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Small-Claims Carve-Out

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. No class actions or consolidated proceedings. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court in Hillsborough County, Florida. Each party bears its own fees unless the arbitrator awards otherwise per statute.

20) Termination

We may suspend/terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms, unsafe behavior, or legal/compliance reasons. Upon termination, your license to use our materials ends and you must delete/destroy copies.

21) International Use

You are responsible for compliance with local laws where you access the Services. We may limit access by geography where required.

22) Severability; Entire Agreement; Assignment

If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it is severed and the remainder remains in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer form the entire agreement. You may not assign your rights; we may assign to a successor in interest.
